A man in ohio is in the hospital beause he was shot in the back. Normaly this would not call for an honorable mention, but the man arranged for him self to get shot. He had intended it to be a flesh wound and get simpathy from his family. To get shot he threatend to fire an employee if the employee did not shoot him. So because the man arranged to get shot he deserves an honorable mention.

Maybe Toss: Other
I'm a bit torn on this one. Yes, what he did was exceedingly stupid and likely worthy of an HM. However the fact that another person was coerced into doing the shooting makes this a very unique situation. The shooter could likely face charges himself, despite the coercion involved. While not technically "bystanders hurt" I think the stress and potential legal problems forced on the shooter is enough to disqualify this. Let's see what the others have to say. Thanks, Dwight.

Definitely Keep: Honorable Mention
I have to say that this one is bizarre enough to warrant a nod here. Not often do we see anyone get shot in the back and can be blamed for it themselves. Thanks, Dwight

I'm going to side with Chip here, mainly because this story is rather unique! Obviously, the victim wanted sympathy from his family and had the clout to coerce an unwilling employee, but it's clear to me that a couple of sessions with a shrink could have prevented all of this! I'll go HM!
