Police say a fatal motorcycle accident in west Houston could have been prevented. A 38-year old man died when he lost control of his bike. Officers say workers at a bar called that man a cab because he drank too much. He left his motorcycle behind, but when he got home, he had his wife take him back in their car to pick the bike up. She was following behind when he lost control. Police won't say if the man was drunk at the time of the accident, only that they know for sure he had been drinking earlier in the night. Neutral: Darwin Award
I kind of like this one. Too drunk to drive home, he goes back to ride his hog?

Jack said:
Maybe Toss: Too Common
Just another drunk driver killing himself.

Neutral: Darwin Award
I sort of agree with Daniel. I tend to believe bar staff when they tell me I'm too drunk to drive; what I want to know is why didn't his wife dissuade him?

Definitely Keep: Darwin Award
The act of brilliance on this guys part, deciding that he was now safe to drive just because he got home safely...definately deserves the award in my opinion.

Becky said:
Definitely Toss: Not Amusing
Another drunk driver story. If he hadn't killed himself, he might have killed someone else. I can't see keeping this one.
