A joke almost costs life to him to the Costa Rican Leonel Arias Agüero, that disguised of the most wanted terrorist of the world, Osama bin Laden, and with rifle of small bullets, pretended to commit an assault to a taxi driver, informs the local press today. Surprised by the attempt of assault, the taxi driver Juan Pablo Arce,23 years old, shot to the false Bin Laden, that in the real life is dedicated to the masonry, causing to him wounds in the chest and stomach. With its mask of Bin Laden and rifle in the hands, Leonel noticed to the taxi driver "this is an assault!", before which Arce reacted and, without thinking it much, got his own weapon and shot several times.

Whereas Leonel recovers in a hospital of Alajuela, where it was transferred in delicate state, the taxi driver was left in freedom after being interrogated by the judicial authorities when considering that it acted in legitimate defense. Teresa Molina, wife of the wounded, said to the press that Leonel is

a "very joker" person and that day he got "some drinks" in order to celebrate that he had found a job, after several months of unemployment.

I have to disagree with Charles. If someone jumps out at me waving a rifle - whether wearing a mask or not - and I'm armed, then I'm going to assume that my life is in danger and shoot him first. I'll take my chances on a Grand Jury.
